This is a three-day virtual course that provides an overview of ISO 29001:2020, quality management system requirements. ISO 29001 not only supplements ISO 9001:2015 requirements but also meets most API Q1 and API Q2 requirements. After completing this course, participants will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the commonalities and differences between ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2020, API Q1, and API Q2. Open discussions, videos, case studies, and individual and group exercises are used to encourage participation. Key areas to be addressed during this course include:
