ATCS-Initials-faviconThis two-day workshop begins with the basic of quality management, which includes group discussions regarding the responsibilities of a Management Representative, establishing effective internal and external communications, supporting top management through the QMS and product planning processes, record keeping and establishment of an internal audit program.  Attendees will participant in training roles plays and hands-on exercises for risk assessment, contingency planning, management of change (MOC) and root cause analysis.  This workshop will also present commonly used methods to track supplier performance, conduct supplier selections, classification, evaluations and reevaluations as required by API Q1 and Q2.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is suitable for those with limited quality management systems experience as well as the experienced quality professional interested in refreshing or expanding their existing knowledge of AP Q1 and API Q2 quality management systems requirements.
