This is a one-day virtual course designed to help participants learn how to improve meeting productivity and recognize when another communication method may be better suited. An effectively managed meeting can minimize possible nonproductive time and maximize the opportunities to share information, and encourage feedback and group participation. Role-plays and case studies provide participants hands-on opportunities to plan, conduct, and document meetings as appropriate for their company.
