Collection of personal information
Personal information that may be used by ATCS is limited to that which you provide to us via blog posts, course registrations, email messages or other forms, such as your name, mailing address and email address. We may use this information to provide you with information about future workshops or training courses offered by ATCS. We also capture information from registration forms used for course registrations, workshops, blog question submittals and contacts made during conferences. Control of personal information
ATCS will not sell or share your e-mail address with other companies or organizations. However, other information you share may be used to provide you with information about ATCS training courses or other offerings that may be of interest to you.
Disclosure of personal information
ATCS will protect personal information from disclosure. Personal information will only be released if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of ATCS or our affiliates; or (c) to protect the personal safety of ATCS employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, clients or website users.
Credit card information
ATCS is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, clients and visitors. We never collect or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are handled through a credit card processor such as PayPal, Stripe or Authorize.net.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use a secure server to transmit sensitive data to and from our site. All data (including your credit card information) transmitted through our secure Web server is encrypted so no one else can read it.
