This 2-day course will enable participants to learn the essential elements to implement and manage an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Participants will be provided the knowledge needed to understand the different sections of ISO 9001 and its requirements which include the QMS policy, procedures, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement.
After completing this course, participants will be eligible to sit for the exam and apply for a “PECB, ISO 9001 Foundation” certificate. The PECB Foundation Certificate provides evidence that the holder has demonstrated an understanding of the fundamental methodologies, requirements, framework, and management approach.
