Subject: API Q1, Monogram requirements
Hello,
Our Company has API Q1 certification and an API 8C product license. We are planning to post this information on the company’s website. In addition, we plan to include this information in our product brochures. Is this acceptable? If not, why not? Your comments will be appreciated.

Subject: API Q1, Monogram requirements
Dear Fred,
Please be aware that any use of the API’s monogram on your company’s website must include your company’s API product license number and a statement of product scope as shown on the “Certificate of Authorization to use the API Monogram” as issued by the API. This requirement is also applicable to any advertising materials and/or company letter.
The restrictions regarding the use of the API monogram are specifically stated in the API’s “Monogram Licensing Application, FM-002”. A copy of this document can be found on the API website at www.api.org. I highly recommend that your company thoroughly review all conditions regarding the use of the API monogram before proceeding or contact the API for more details. I hope this helps.
Best regards,
